Well, when I started eating after severely restricting my calories, I stuck near baby food since it be easier for me to digest. You might want to try yogurts and puddings, or smoothies...something soft and liquid-like that won't feel approaching it's just sitting in your stomach.

Also, devour a little bit every few hours, hungry or not. It doesn't enjoy to be a lot. It will receive your metabolism back up more in the blink of an eye.

Another piece of advice. Don't stir overboard on a lot of fruits or veggies. I found that the fiber surrounded by these foods made me feel too full.

It'll probably filch at least 2 weeks for your appetite to see in again. It might even lift a month. Just stick with it and put away the smaller amounts more frequently. If you find you are weak and aren't achievement weight, try adding up a liquid supplement similar to Ensure to your daily intake.

Since your stomach is uncommon to food since you had the flu, you can try consumption beef jerky, or something intricate and chewy like that. It worked for me, it get my saliva glands going again, and it was not seriously that my body had to digest. Gradually work your channel up to carbs and then everything else. Hope this help!!
