Well, when I started eating after severely restricting my calories, I stuck near baby food since it be easier for me to digest. You might want to try yogurts and puddings, or smoothies...something soft and liquid-like that won't feel approaching it's just sitting in your stomach.
Also, devour a little bit every few hours, hungry or not. It doesn't enjoy to be a lot. It will receive your metabolism back up more in the blink of an eye.
Another piece of advice. Don't stir overboard on a lot of fruits or veggies. I found that the fiber surrounded by these foods made me feel too full.
