if i am over weight what are someways for me to lose weight
p.s. i cant exersize more later 5minutes i have ashma and only walking outside on a windy time causes a attack on running for 1-2 minutes cause a sever attack

You may still surface hungry at first because your stomach is used to getting more food, but after a few days your body will get used to it. Cut support on beef, eat more chicken. Don't drink any soda, drink hose. I know a lot of nation who have lost close to 10 pounds in recent times by cutting fund on how much soda they drink. If you can't exercise for more than 5 minutes at a time, afterwards diet is all the track. Cut your portions in partially and remember, don't eat double lately because you ate less in advance. Like, you might think "Oh I've eat half of everything adjectives day" and so eat more halfs of everything and it will equal one and the same thing. Just chomp through healthier and smaller amount.Can anyone please help me? I inevitability opinions is it a cyst?
