When I run on my tredmil my chest hurts?

I just begin running yesterdaty. When i run both side of my chest hurt.will this go away? Is this because I am in poor condition?

What you stipulation to do is spend some extra bucks on a high point "Sport Bra", I highly recommend it if you are a C-cup or more. Some A&b cup woman can carry by with those dept. sport bras costing smaller number then $15, though I don't reccomend choice eigther...in recent times spend the money on a good part sport bra in the first place.

You should be careful. Pain is a sign that something is wrong. If you haven't have a check up you need to do so. Depending on your age and how in poor shape you are means everything. It could be heart disease.

they hurt because they mover up and down and you are not use to that. dont jog as frozen i guess you cant really help if they bounce.
