Heavy Period :/ any constructive suggestions?

ok so my period started when I be in 5th position and I'm in 7th position now. it be SO heavy when it started and still is presently. i thought that it was supposed to receive better after a couple years but I've sensed no improvement. It's so mortifying. I'm always afraid I'm going to "leak" in public. Many of the girls in my class haven't have there "wonderful" monthly experience so it freaks them out seriously so there's no course i could ask their advice. Even so, resembling I said before it's simply embarrassing. Is it still untimely for me to be hoping for things to naturally blanch up? Is the solution just to continue it out for a few more years and just hope for the best?

There are many reason for heavy period and they can be difficult to deal beside. Tell your mom about the problem. You are a bit young to turn on the pill and your own hormones still need to settle down. But it might be a honourable idea to see the doctor to find out if in attendance is a physical problem that can be easily fixed.

In the tight time don't take asprin or advil. These trim your blood a bit and can make period longer and heavier.

Wear a tampon with a wad to prevent the likelihood of leak. Always change the tampon frequently and use the lowest possible absorbent one you can (to avoid toxic shock syndrome). Many brands provide a box with a band of absorbencies now so you can better contest your flow.

I've been within, 10 day period with 2 days of impossible cramps and 5 days of heavy flow. You can run. It does get better but it may be a while. That is why you should parley to a doc.

Also find out how your mom's periods be. We tend to have pattern that are similar to our mother's periods. That may supply you some idea what to expect.
