Has any one had an IUD birth control put surrounded by?

just curious if anyone has have this and if their was any side effects or not

I had an IUD. I didn't realize at the time however that the type of IUD I have would cause extremely long robust periods. My period were long-term at least 2 weeks and be very stout. I became severely anemic and have the IUD removed. I understand near is a different type of IUD that would not cause this bleeding but I be too scared to even try it. Other than that, I suppose the IUD was great result in once it's in, you never own to think going on for birth control.

I need to know when my time will start again after stopping the deprovera shot?

I just have an IUD inserted about 2 months ago and I am loving every minute of it. Remember that near are two kinds of IUD's one is hormonal and one is not. The hormonal one is call Mirena and lasts for 5 years and the non-hormonal on is call Paraguard and lasts for 10 years.

I have the Mirena one put in. It hurt a touch on the insertion and I hd cramping for about 2-3 days afterward but it is great in a minute.

With the non-hormonal one you are more likely to own heaver period and next to the one I got the Mirena eventualy you will not even hold a period. Here is a couple links in the region of some more information.

I own the Mirena IUD and love it. I had abundantly of concerns before have it placed and did a bunch of research. I am very pleased near the decision to receive it. I have not have any side effects. The only item is you have sour and on spotting for the first 6 months of having it place..........but surrounded by turn I have not have a real interval since getting it either.

I own a 3 1/2 year old son and don't want anymore right presently, so I had an IUD put contained by, OMG - It literally felt approaching I gave birth again. They put a speculam inside, as if you be having a pap smear, and after they insert these pinching clamps to hold onto your cervix, then they manually beside a tongue depressor press and pull and tug on your cervix to create you to dialate and then slide it within. I bled for 7 weeks straight, very heavily and cramped every daytime. When me and my boyfriend would try to have sex he feel it and I felt him hit it, which hurt really desperate, and when they remove it, they have to remove it eventually, she told me to run a deep breath while she pulled it out and it feel like she be scraping my insides out bc it be sharp feeling. Plus you stay dialated for 6 weeks after it is inserted lately like after have a baby.
