My wife requests breast implants but one and only because she has gotten solid?
and her boobs haven't kept up proportionately. Should I tell her to lose some solidity first?

It is best to lose immensity first just to ensure that she get the right sized implants to suit her frame. After she loses immensity, depending on how much she needs to lose her breasts will probably be saggy and for best results she could any have a breast elevate or implants.
