it is majority. you shouldn't tweeze tho...not only would it be extremely bloody, you could cause some minor sabotage. the best way is to shave them CAREFULLY. if they product hair removal lotion or cream of hypersensitive areas, that would be best, but i'm not sure if they do. righteous luck!

Sometimes hormones exact this but I would ask my OB if I were you. You can shave them but next you have to do it everyday because whenever you shave the fuzz grows back rough. I would NOT reccomend tweezing. Just thinking of i.e. painful :)
