Has anyone ever have a one day frenzy?

I had a disorientation the other day accompany by chills and sensitive skin. I still had an appetite though. The subsequent day I feel completely normal and no confusion ever since. Anyone ever have something similar arise and if so, what caused it?

i had a disorientation all time saturday.. prior i had some coughing, achy body, and some adjectives cold symptoms. once i got that hallucination sat i go to the doctor and she said it was the flu probably, but give me antibiotics in armour the coughing was a bronchitis symptom. anyway the confusion was gone by mid-sunday.. and i have to get up for class today. =(

I don't know what cause it but I have have that happen. My best guess is that it be a short lived flu type illness that did not hit you too strong. Experts say that flu last a few days, but everyone does not have adjectives the symptoms for that long.
