I shave my private area, and I hold these ingrown hairs... How do I carry rid of those bumps. I have hear ways to prevent getting them, like the Bikini zone, or Deodorant... but how do I go and get rid of these ones that are already on there? Please oblige me, because I need them gone early!

Exfoliate the area, a rough dry-clean cloth is good. Then put some neosporin on.
