Copper T versus Mirena IUD?

I want to know if any ladies have have both and which they liked better. I used to hold painful period before I get pregnant ( I havent gotten it back yet). But whenever i've used hormonal birth control I get fat and feel sick as if I was contained by early pregnancy.

Getting the copper T have made them slightly heavier, and alot more cramping for the first 6 months after getting it put in.

It makes sense to me, NOT to use the Mirena which have hormones in it, if you enjoy had issues near hormones in former times.

I'm very delighted with the copper T... and surface that it was worth the considerable aching of getting it in and the week following... and the 6 months of heavy period and awful PMS.

... I mean, it will stay contained by the next 10 years, and days gone by 2 and a half years, the side effects own been really minimal (periods are just a tad bit heavier- but I am also 3 years older)...

It feel like a instinctive non-chemical effective form of birth control, and for me it be right...
