A girl can accidentally tear her hymen at any point until that time that doing something as simple as bike or horse riding, gymnastics, etc. but she's still a virgin until she actually have sex. It is completely possible for an intact hymen to still stay intact after having sex too...it can a short time ago stretch sometimes. That doesn't mean a girl is still a virgin though.
