I'm different I guess becuase for me watching movies is a huge release & get away from time. I stress about EVERYTHING & when I scrutinize a movie it's the one time I can relax. When I watch movies I find myself crying over nought most of the time & often balling my eyes out. I presume this is how I let it adjectives out becuase I keep so much inside.When the stress of energy is too much for me I go to God within prayer. He is my rock, my comforter, my hope. In Him I can rest assured that He will always love me and concern for me.
If you are religious you can pray and spend time in worship you can also try to do something you delight in say listen to music, going for a walk, going out to dinner beside a friend anything that will take your mind rotten of the crazy world we live in.

Well what I do if I'm stressed is stay inside the whole afternoon alone in my pajama shorts and a tanktop ingestion peanut butter in the jar rotten a spoon and singing/dancing to the spice girls like a lunatic.
