i use ALWAYS pad w/ wings if not they flip over and stick to you and its very mortified..im new at the complete period piece so i dont use tampons....

i use a product call Instead rather than a tampon or wipe. it is a cup made of surgical grade plastic that you insert up nearby against your cervix, so it catches everything. in attendance isn't a known risk of toxic shock. they can be worn for up to 12 hours. it is super few and far between that they leak, at least possible for me. i love them.

I am not particular just about brand as long as it is ultra thin and have wings. Usually buy what is on public sale or I have coupons for. As for tampons I use Tampax junior slims
