Well, you really cant do much contained by less than 24 hours. You can rime it and take twinge killers but to be precise pretty much it. If it is bruised, it will take some time to alleviate. If its broken, even longer. Either way, it will hurt for a while. Im really sorry to say aloud that but its that truth. Been there, done that fairly a few times and I know how uncomfortable it can be.

Try sitting on a pillow!! And obtain up slowly after sitting or laying down to buffer the torment!
