I look really tired and angry from stress when I don't mean to... help?

Any suggestions on looking normal. People other tell me I look cracked and ask what's wrong even when I'm not thinking about anything depressed. Not very empire talk to me as much because they estimate I'm mad adjectives the time and I rarely ever grasp asked out or hit on or flirted with, when until that time it always happen. Does anyone have any suggestions so my stress doesn't show surrounded by drastic ways? I exercise almost everyday, so I don't think that's the problem. I enjoy curly brown hair (sometimes straight when I enjoy the time), brown eyes, and tan skin (it's a moment or two paler now since it's the appendage of the winter and I haven't been tanning recently). All proposal is welcome, please serve.

Sounds approaching it is time for some "me time" in your time. What do you do to unwind and de-stress? Are you getting enough sleep at darkness?

Try something new for yourself - yoga, meditation, massage/spa service, et cetera. Try it for a couple of weeks and afterwards ask a friend if you look happy and within control or stressed and mad/angry.

If there are underlying turbulent issues you aren't dealing with these might be showing up when you tiniest expect. You might benefit from talking near a friend or a therapist, especially if it is effecting your day-to-day actions.

well just constantly chew over about what u look approaching, imagine urself from some1 elses eyes. and also practice making different face in the mirror and c what make u look best.

Check your body language. You are sending stale some sort of signal that says "stay away". Do you cross your arms closely? Try relaxing your arms. If your mouth forms a natural frown when you relax your mouth later you may need to sort more of an effort to smile regularly. You may want to try yoga. It helps you relax and will support with your posturing.
The subsequent time someone comments on you looking stressed try asking them why they thought that and then engender an effort not to do present yourself that agency.
