eat fresh fruit and vegetables
guzzle lean meat (no fat)
drink more water
eat wholemeal bread and not white
eat healthier cereal like porridge
procure as much exercise as you can
cut out alcohol and smoking and junk food
cut out chocolate and cake and pastry
try not to eat processed food drink as much fresh food as possible but don't feel guilty if you enjoy the odd discouraging food as it doesn't hurt now and again.
enthusiasm would be boring if you were well brought-up all the time 80% of time you are suitable and 20% bad is a dutiful ratio . so i treat my self once a week to a cream cake
