i am 49 is it normal to grain pain within one breast i feel little lumps on them and they hurt alot next to or without a bra on.should i be concerned?

Definitely see your doctor. I don't want to be an alarmist but it sounds sort of like breast cancer, and you should win it checked out just to be on the undamaging side. Mammograms are your friend.
