Can having a sonohesterogram?

Can having a sonohesterogram mess up your period? I had my second one 21 feb. had procedure on 27th. it's immediately march 24th and zilch. pretty sure not pregnant and I have no symptoms. Yes I know what symptoms to look for! enjoy had 4 pregnancies and sore breast is my number one symptom.

Don't want to phone call the doctor yet if it can mess them up.
