Tampon Question?

For those of you who use tampons do you use a pad or liner near the tampon just surrounded by case you still discharge? Are you supposed to leak every immediately and then even if youre using a tampon because sometimes I do in recent times a little bit and I'm wondering if its ordinary or if the tampon isn't in right or something.

What is your experience next to this? Thanks

i use them because i dont grasp heavy period. but if i did get it indigestible i'd probably get liner as backup
