Why are my panties wet all the time?

Hello, i just want to know why my underwear is other wet, everyday surrounded by school, I expect i have my period but it's water. I dont know what's happenign? why are my panties other wet? If you do know why, can you communicate me, also include what I should do. Please and Thank you.

The vagina flushes itself out naturally from adjectives harmful microbes and in some women it may be more than others. Also, sometimes the amount of wetness is associated with how much you sweat. Do you typically sweat alot? If it really bothers you I would suggest you go to a gynecologist. I don't know how hoary you are, but if you are already having your spell it's definitely time to move about see one.
