Hair loss?

i am a 17 year old girl and i shed close to no other... when i take a shower i can verbs like a handful of hackle out of my head basically by running my fingers through it. and when i wake up surrounded by the morning, there is plentifully of hair on my pillow... im not balding or anything, my pelt just falls out profusely. i dont reckon it's a vitamin deficiency because my nail grow really fast. why could this be?
