No-bounce bra question,?
Ladies, what kind of bra do you suggest to hang on to from.. bouncing? I'm fairly top big (36DD), and it's a pain when I hurry.
Please-no pervy comments.

you could double up.. 2 sports bras. or one regular one and a sports one on top.

Haha I hold the same problem! But, even for a girl my age, I hold a relative amount of sagging. With this, I can find little bras that help out control my breasts when I move excessively. My solution: I hold them. If I'm running for short distances (i.e. from my house to the car or down the steps) I cup my breasts surrounded by my hands and press them against my chest so they aren't flying adjectives over the place. My boyfriend makes fun of me adjectives the time, but its a quick solution to the problem. As for a long-term solution, agree to me know when you find something out, because big bouncing boobs may look fun, but they suck!I am basically drizzly all the time?
I'm a 32 DD and I bought a sports bra from La Senza. I've with the sole purpose worn it a few times, but I really liked it. I have a sneaking suspicion that I might have adequate gone down one cup size and bought a D. Either way, it works great. If you don't hold a La Senza near you, I'm sure Victoria Secret must enjoy really great sports bras.
