Iritated BUTT CRACK question?

A few days ago I went to the woman doctor, because I have a yeast infection and an itchy crack. She gave me a yeast infection antibiotic and told me to put gold ingots bond cream on my itchy crack. So I took the pill and I put the gold bond cream on my crack for 2 days. Then yesterday, I notice my upper crack was iritated, it is red and kinda feel like a impulsive. I think that possibly putting the gold bond oitment within my crack, broke out my skin there and it feel like it kinda burns a tiny bit (but it isnt even humiliated or anything).

I do not believe it could be an STD becuase I go to the doctor regularly and I be just in that 3 days ago, also I have never have any STD and I have be with equal faithful guy very soon for 2 years and he does not have anything and never have.
