11 year old-fashioned with a yeast infection?

The highly developed your blood pressure, the higher your risk of a stroke or heart attack. As you carry older, your blood pressure go up with age. From year to year your blood pressure may rise, and the simply way that you will know this is to hold it checked regularly.

If your blood pressure is on the high side of 'common' (between 130/85 and 139/89 mmHg) or if you have have a previous high reading at anytime past, you should get it checked every year.

So to answer your interrogate...yes, it seems your BP is a short time on the high side right immediately. Wait a bit and check it again.

As for your pulse, I don't know your age but...The average resting heart rate for an adult is between 60 and 100 beat per minute, while well-conditioned athletes can achieve between 40 and 60 beat per minute.

The maximum pulse rate is 220 minus your age, and the target for a healthy pulse rate during, or only just after, exercise, is 60-80 per cent of this. So if you are aged 20, your target should be between 120-160 bpm, age 40 = 108-144 bpm, age 60 = 96 -128 bpm, you get the idea.

If during exercise you consistency an irregular or rapid heartbeat, nouns, dizziness, fainting, shortness of breath, chest aching or if your pulse rate does not come down within a few minutes of stopping exercise, you should consult your doctor.
