Can I take Centrum and Caltrate together?
I know my diet is AWFUL. I don't cook and eat mostly cafeteria + promptly food.
I've been considering taking a multi-vitamin for a long time. I hold a history of osteoporosis in the house, and a doctor once told me that my bones are too thin.
SO! I want to whip a multi-vitamin (Centrum) and a calcium supplement (Caltrate D).
Is this safe? Is in that anything such as TOO MUCH CALCIUM?
Also, I read on the net that Centrum doesn't work because it isn't "time-released". Is this true? Does it issue?
Thanks in credit!

Can PMS make you over critical of your own appearance?
Yes, it's past the worst to take them together. I other have.
The piece about Centrum is crap. Vitamins are vitamins.
Just be sure not to steal a calcium supplement that has phosphorous contained by it because it destroys the absorption of calcium.
