If all you own is just irritation and not an infection, try sitting in a tub of thaw water beside 2 oz of baking soda not baking powder for 20min. make sure to initiate wide and splash the irritated nouns with this solution. Only put contained by enough dampen so the the area is immersed. After 20min use the Vagisil or any 1% hydro cortisone cream. This treatment is exceedingly effective for irritation that occur from soap, shower gels or tight clothing. If at hand is discharge, which is an indication of infection, please consult a doctor. In the future, don't dry-clean that area beside soap, cleaning "down there" with plain marine will cleanse it effectively to keep away odor. Do this treatment 4Xs a sunshine for a few days, if you are not relieved, then it's time to see a doctor. Hope you touch better.
Vagilsil will work short term for minor exterior irritation of the vulva. But you should probably see a doctor if the problem persist as you may have a yeast or bacterial infection. These are slickly treated by prescription meds. And your symptoms may be a sign of something else, so you do want to see a doctor/visit a women's health clinic if the problem persist.
