My period has lasted for almost 3 weeks, what do I do?
A couple of months ago, I had a street light period that last less than my mundane time and came unpaid (no chance of pregnancy). A few weeks ago, I started my spell. It lasted for 2 days, and afterwards it stopped. I thought it was over next to, but after a couple of days it was put a bet on. This went on for the first week. Last Tuesday, huge blood clots started coming out of me. I panic, but I assumed that perhaps this be just some sort of blockage coming out. This last a couple of days, and then I thought I be off again ending Thursday.
On Friday night I started bleeding really express, and by Saturday the clots started coming back but the blood flow slowed down. Tampons (Super Plus) ultimate for maybe 2-3 hours. I haven't have it stop again since Thursday. The flow is heavy. I haven't be on birth control in years, and here's no chance of pregnancy (I do hold a 4-year old). I don't have medical insurance, and the local low-cost clinic can't see me until May. I'm so tired, and my legs hurt. Help please.

What you are describing is called breakthrough bleeding. It is bleeding that can materialize at other times during the month (in this case beyond the spell, normal extent lasts from 3-7 days). When this occur it can act abundantly like a menstrual term causing cramping, clots, and so forth.
This could be a cervical infection cause this (anyone can get a cervical infection). This desires to be evaluated by your dr, sooner than May.
Pls call the clinic in the a.m. to consent to them know that you have have this bleeding for 3 weeks now and can't dawdle til May to be seen by the dr. If they still can't cart you try a walk-in or urgent care clinic, or a Medical School if nearby is one close to you.
In the mean time trying up the level of iron by eating things approaching spinach, raisins, peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course) to see if that helps smoothness some of the flow and any cramping that you may have, but pls phone up the clinic to let them know that you can't linger til May because of this bleeding.
Periods cause stomach problemssolution?
holy cr*p sweety. I sounds like a doomed to failure case of endometriosis. Try to help yourself to something calming, similar to camomile tea and go to your dr/gynie or walk to the emergency room (so you don't end up anaemic) tomorrow. in attendance are lots of treatments for this so don't hesitate to desire help. best of luck.Am I only like my mom within all ways??
You entail to go to your doctor and request a referral to a endocrinologist (hormone specialist). It sounds similar to you have hormonal lack of correspondence. Mine did what yours are doing and I have in a minute been diagnosed next to Poly Cystic Ovaries Syndrome. Get checked out. Also ask for blood works on all hormones at both mid and extremity of cycle and request an internal ultrasound to make sure you don't enjoy endremitriosis (spell ?). With these test it can inform you alot and rule out other serious problems. Now I'm from the UK, and we don't have situations where on earth people obligation treatment, but don't have insurance. Everyone is entitled to vigour care, but for this generous of bleeding I would be tempted to see if you can return with in to the Low-Cost clinic as an emergency, or I don`t know even go to the ER?
With this open-handed of blood-loss you're at risk of quite swiftly becoming anaemic, so you need to get hold of a good vitamin and iron supplement from the chemist. Speak to them in the order of which one would be best for you.
With the blood-loss you might also become a bit dehydrated, so drink plenty of hose, and increase the amount of vegetables and fruit you eat. Cut down on sugars and fat, as they won't help your inner health of lethargy (tiredness).
I hope you can find some help soon, as this gentle of blood-loss is not normal or honest. It can be a sign of all kind of things like fibroids, polyps, endocrine (hormone) imbalance, and lots of other possible causes (not usually endometriosis, as this is when the inside layer of the womb grows outside of the womb, like on internal organs etc, and it usually in recent times causes lots of agony, plus heavier bleeding, not longer bleeding).
I just preference I could afford to fly you over here, you'd get see for free in an instant.
