Whats Wrong With Me?

Get in a regular routine of exercising and start eating better. I am currently working out at a gym 3 times a week, and intake foods with alot of protein...chicken,fish,protein drinks.Also devour fresh fruit..babannas,apples,grapes. broccoli,cauliflower.

How can i take some portly off my big butt and verbs them to my small humble boobs?

first off, NEVER EVER EVER use any pills or pill or product to help you lose mass. it wastes money even if it works. THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY is too excersize at most minuscule 30 minutes a day, hold yourself moving throughout the day(that means even when you are watching tv, stand up and do some jump jacks during commercials) and eat strong. dont even worry nearly counting carbs and calories and stuff...just cut back your diet to water, skim milk, fruit, veggies, fish, and wheat bread. and anything else you know is forceful.

Do 6 small meal through out the day. This method, you don't starve yourself, and in effect you avoid overeating. Start near an excersize routine like walking every opportunity you capture. Stretching is also a good route of toning your muscles ( yoga is all almost stretching). Try to stay away from sweets, and soda--- these are empty calories. Hope this help!

Try Jenny Craig, or LA wait loss. i hold the opposite probalme how can i gain more hang around... i am average weight but i look too wasted. i know i have a speedy matabolisum but i didnt think it be that fast.. also when i step to eat i can chomp through alot ill gain approaching 5 pounds and then contained by 3 days im 5 pounds less. i dont ponder i have cassette worms... help
