Answers: That happen to me even when I do warm up, I'd read aloud just rest, it might be that you worked a bit too hard.
uh oh! try to rest as much as possible, and if ur still sore, verbalize to ur teacher perchance they will give u a arbitrary to take it another light of day! Your muscles will be ok again by Thursday. Dont sit around and do nothing. Just do some light/normal exercise and don't forget to heat up up next time.
You can rub some lotion resembling Deep Heat into your muscles for relief.
rest, contained by a day or two it will stir away, soreness occurs when you do too much too swiftly, too little quality too quickly, so pace yourself to your comfort even and see how far it can go from in that have lots of hot baths!

if you have a hot dampen bottle or a beanbag you can heat up..rest that where on earth you've pulle your muscles!
