im 12 and ive never had my term. The last few days ive have magor stomach aches and cramps. Wat should i do..i dont want to grasp my period during institution!!

you can never physically stop your period from coming. since it's your first time, i would reccomend pad, not tampons. As for the cramps, take 2 pills of tyenol, or advil. a pills especially made for periods is midol. if none of those work, try ibuprophene. if it continues to hurt, take heating pad. in college, just shift to your nurse, and when you say "cramps" she will get the drift. when you get elder you might take birth pills, but at your age that's out of interview. I know it sucks, but it will get better.

unfortunately ur period is gonna come when ever it wishes to come and u could be in college when that happens, from ur symptoms it sounds similar to its on its way , but u can't report exactly when , so i would just bring some pad or tampons whatever u wanna use to conservatory with u contained by case u do procure it there, later if u do just run to the bathroom,if ur feeling discouraging then newly go home sick

If you're worried make clear to your mom. If you do get surrounded by school be prepared. Ask your mom to buy you pad. When it first comes it could be be a small dot or it could bleed through your pants, closely of times it's light but it's different for everyone.
