I entail a successful work out plan.. i am 17 yr. old, 5'2, 133 pounds. how can i undamagingly lose 5-10 pounds?

i know everyone asks about losing substance. it just seem that everything i do, doesnt work. i do not eat impossible, and i used to goto the ymca for an hour cardio and 30 minute weight training. i didnt see much difference. i didnt furnish up, and it started to stress me out. i eat powerfully, no fast food, soda, or extra sweets that i dont entail. i drink fat free milk and alot of marine, its been going on for 6 months changing my diet and excercising, and it still can't tone up. i a short time ago want to lose my little pouch on my stomach, and slim down of my thighs and hips. how do many relations lose 5-10 lbs so easily but its so sturdy for me to tone up? what can i do to safely lose the counterbalance?

My opinion is, try trusting your body. The body have its own kind of teachings. It's staying at that weight for a defence. You must need those few pounds for something, and your body know it. Honor your body for its health and suitability, and it will do what it needs to do surrounded by time.

For a different method of losing weight, read "Perfect Weight" by Deepak Chopra. It's a different perspective on how to manage your perfect solidity by working WITH your body instead of fighting it. It make a lot of sense to me.

get a partner to workout next to. i'm 16, 5'2", and 132 pounds...last time i checked. um.walking is one point that helps out greatly. take a pace after dinner. when you eat, stop intake before you win full. swimming it fun and a great exersize for everyone. i still have not found out a process to tone my hips, but im still working on it. jumps, resembling the cheerleaders do! i used to be a cheerleader. if you are or know someone who is, apparently the jumps they do can relief with those hips.
