I have be off bc pills for almost three years, i enjoy just just now started back up and I own been spotting and bleeding when I should not be and also my frontage has broke out surrounded by zits all over the place. I never have acne before and never have this problem when I used to be on BC pills. What is the deal?

you enjoy grown up and your hormones at not the same and dont respond like... some pills do this and some take diligence of the acne...talk to your doctor and narrate her whats going on.you can just changeover the pill's brand
