I am trying to get a breast fall and my doc sent me a letter aphorism that before they can submit my pre-documentation, I hold to submit documentation of 3 months conservative treatment (ex: therapeutic bra, chiro attention to detail, phys therapy...) Do you own any ideas on what to submit w/o in actual fact going through 3 mths of treatment?

I would see if there are any other doctors that do not call for that documentation (you should see at least three Plastic Surgeons up to that time choosing one to do your surgery).
