If you just started DO NOT USE SUPER TAMPONS! Start out near the smallest size and if it is leeking a lot into your pantie liner next switch to a larger size. For your first week 36 tampons is definately enough. You'll probably just go through 3 a daytime if that. And your period should individual last 7 days at the most. yes deffinately. i am 13 and enjoy had my length for over a year! dont use tampons every day AND definatelly not at dark! this is all because of TSS (toxic shock syndrome) it is a terribly bad disease! (CAN be natural life threatening) i use tampon 3 days of my cycle MAX!
start of with a lighter tampon and if it leak work you way up through the stages! i involve super pplus on my 3rd day!

The reason some population say not to use super tampons is because you are infantile and therefore your vaginal conduit is smaller than that of a grown woman. Your body is still growing, so I agree that you should start with the lowest absorbency, using a pantiliner surrounded by case of leak, and work your way up until you find the proper absorbency for you. You may involve to use different absorbencies on different days of your period, depending on whether you're heavier toward the starting point, etc.
As for whether that will be "enough", I'm not sure if you're referring to the number of tampons/pads... I really don't think you'd necessitate 72 tampons for one month!
Sorry Angel cannot help you on this one i know u repugnance to hear this but,,,,,,from experience start with wipe,,,,,when flow is heavy,,,,,consequently move on to tampons,,,,tampons in actuality stop the flow of period and make it longer...
