Plz tell me.. How much Calories is needed for each day..?


I want to know how many calories are said to be typical for each year. I just dont grasp it. When i eat something thats similar to about 200-300 calories, im happy already. But for daily effectiveness..what do the doctors say? i hold no idea how much im have every day. But i wanna gain 10 pounds.

it seems you own alot of diffrent answers here, i would say 2000 a sunshine for females, i know all the experts right to be heard you need to enjoy that many calories a year but some people are with the sole purpose satisfied next to like 500 a time, i guess the simple answer is just to get through healthy lone when your hungry, your body will tell you when you obligation food, its designed to do that, but if you want to gain 10 pounds, eat more foods similar to bread, potato's, etc... hope this is helpfull
