Abormal spotting and pain.?

I have be on the pill for years now and not long these past two weeks I own had horrible cramps stale and on, but lower than where my run of the mill cramps are. I have also be spotting off and on, usually within the morning when I first wake up. I do not believe I missed a pill and even if I did, this is not ordinary for me. There is no poosible way I could hold an std either.

Just wondering if anyone else have ever experienced this or know what could be the cause. My boobs enjoy also been really sore, but I am due for my term in a week and a partially. Any thoughts?

so my thought at first was pregnancy, the cramps through me stale, but boob tenderness is huge near pregnancy. I would wait for a week and if you don't obtain your period than i would whip a test, as the spotting could be implantation spotting. Or it could a moment ago be a fluke. however i've never experienced these things while on the pill unless i had a shot previously.where on earth it can actually lower the value of your pill.
