I'm waiting on results of a pelvic ultrasound, ordered because of severe pain in my ovaries and lower back.
I saw the ultrasound measurements (on screen within the office) of my ovaries, and the R one is almost 2x the size of the L. Should I be concerned or is a size difference like that considered majority?

I am going through matching thing, but on my vanished side. I also saw the measurments and I think they gauge it with the cyst and specifically what you saw. My doctor found a large cyst on my disappeared ovary and that will cause spinal column pain. I am sure you will be okay, but I know what the waiting hobby feels resembling. Hang in there
Good Luck

Don't verbs too much yet...hold you ever been diagnosed near endometriosis? Sometimes that can cause one ovary to be enlarged. I enjoy had one ovary enlarged more than the other one and endometriosis be part of the problem.
