My doctor wants me to achieve physical therapy. But I be told by multiple people that physical psychoanalysis doesnt work. And I dont have anyone who will monitor my baby so I can jump. I am only 19 so this sucks. Would a chiropractor assist? What are some things that can help next to this kind of backache? It hurts right underneath where my kidneys are on the sides. I know poor posture is part of a set of the problem. I used to have kidney infections and this feel almost the same as it did when I have a kidney infection but I have go to the doctor every week for the past month and to be exact not what it is. Pain medicine doesnt support and I hate taking medication anyway.

i dont know what to communicate you. You could have pulled your lower put money on muscles somehow. or it could be stress on your lower vertebrea due to poor posture, if you pulled a muscle you may need to do a series of exercises to stregthen the muslces.within that case you should see a physical consultant. I saw one for my shoulder, they gave me some exercises to do ans after a while i be fine. However if it is stress to your vertebrea from poor posture you may need to wear a subsidise bace when you are sitting for long periods of time approaching when you are on the computer or something.
I would try and find someone to watch your little one one day so you can see somene going on for this.perhaps a relative or neighbor could study for an hour. Either way you requirement to figure out something or it may return with worse and trust me you dont want it to. I am only 24 years ancient and am on a lot of prescription meds for arthritis because I wait too long to talk to a doc give or take a few the pain i be experiencing. You dont want that, trust me!

it might be kidney stones. usually, kidney stones hurt approaching crazy, but if they are small enough, they a short time ago simply hurt. drink a lot of wet, just within case this is the problem.I had one and the same problem a while ago.
