Answers: ok most training bras have two layer. . . ok first you just cut throught one layer so you can put something between the front seam and the layer that goes on you. . . after you put the stuffing you want in there for example coton ball, shoulder pads, swim suite pads, ex. . . later you just sew it back together and here you have a padded training bra. . . i hope i help. . . well write back and put in the picture me how it goes if you use this one. . . good luck! :p

Honey, if you're still wearing a training bra, it's going to look ridiculous for you to modify it. You can budge to Wal Mart and buy a padded bra for less than $10.00.BUT, if you insist: newly stick some cotton balls into your bra. HOWEVER - don't say we didn't tip off you not to be so ridiculous as to do this.

take a lightly pad bra that fits ya pretty much-cut out the cups, then sew them into the back, where on earth the cups would be of the train. bra...very comfy then..Sew surrounded by shoulder pads into tha bra.
put pillow stuffing into it!
