Lower belly fleshy?

Anything I can do to get rid of it.
Everything is fine excpect my sides and lower belly curvy that really ruins the look of my stomach.
Answers:

Is using microwave is harmful? especially for children n pregnant ladies?


Time and exercise. Then if that doesn't work, Surgery!

to take rid of lower belly fat, try reverse crunches. Lay down on the floor, or a mat, and put on a pedestal your arms straight out above your head (but still parallel to the floor). Then using the strength of your stomach, slowly tilt your legs off the ground, and slowly bring your knees towards your chest.

try doing 3 sets of 10 a morning or as many as you can do in need straining yourself or pulling a muscle =) .

Or, you can try the plank, and lie flat on the floor ( arms out merely like above) and heave your legs off the ground( one and only a few inches) and constrict your muscles, to get them to work out more.

Same repetition.

This is really emabresing i be in the toilets at institution pull out the tampon blood go over the Floor and

hard work. i have that too, and it take a LOT of hard work & determination. if you really want to catch rid of it you need to run & do sit-ups constantly. nearby isn't any easy path out or any shortcuts to getting rid of lower belly fat.
