eat an extra 500 calories a day. a moment ago eat a banana-- they own a 100 calories--- and a bit of cashews. that's what i read in a magazine. don't drink the fatty foods-- fried foods, fast foods, unwanted items food, etc.-- and try to get surrounded by the healthy calories next to fruits and stuff. it takes 3500 calories to gain a pound. dutiful luck!
