Take norethindrone exactly as directed by your doctor. If you do not work out these directions, ask your pharmacist, nurse, or doctor to explain them to you.
o Norethindrone must be taken at the same time every time to be effective. Taking a pill behind, and especially missing a pill, increases the likelihood of pregnancy occurring.
o Start the subsequent pack of pills the day after the second pack is finished. There is no break between packs.
o If you vomit soon after taking norethindrone, use a backup method of birth control (such as a condom and/or spermicide) for 48 hours.
o You may own some menstrual spotting between periods. Continue to pinch norethindrone even if this occurs.
o Contact your doctor or run a pregnancy test if at any time it have been more than 45 days since the establishment of your last length, or if your period is delayed and you took one or more pills late or missed taking them and have sex without a backup method of birth control.
Worriedcould this have it in mind breast cancer?
http://www.webmd.com/drugs/drug-64644-er..."Continue taking one tablet every day. After taking the second tablet in your ripened pack, start a new pack the subsequent day. There is no break between pack, and you do not take any "reminder" tablets (tablets minus medication). Your periods may be precipitate or late, shorter or longer, heavier or lighter than common. You may also have some spotting between period. Do not stop taking your pills if this happens.
If you vomit inwardly 4 hours after taking this medication or have diarrhea, use a back-up method of birth control (e.g., condoms, spermicide) every time you enjoy sex for the next 2 days."
