What could cause a woman having strange pains below here abdomen?

An unbearable sharp backache that is not constant,( it comes and goes)making the legs to surface weak occassionally, and make one to feel as if the womb is dropping.

you requirement to see your gp,, its hard to report by your description but you could have irritable bowel syndrome, you could own a urinary track iinfection or diverticulitis(inflamation of the intestine)
