Ortho Tri Cyclen and Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo? Which is better?

Hey I have a cross-question about switching BC pills. I am on Ortho Tri Cyclen right very soon, but my boyfriend can get Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo for free so he wishes me to switch over. With Ortho Tri Cyclen I have be extremely moody and go to pieces over the dumbest crap and my boyfriend (along beside friends, family, coworkers and who know who elses) think it would be a righteous idea if I switched so they wouldn't own to deal near my mood swings anymore. But I like the certainty that Ortho Tri Cyclen helps next to break outs and I heard that Lo make you break out more than usual. I dunno if this is true but anyone that is on Lo, does it wreak any side effects? Did you like it better than other BC? I dunno if I should switch or not

Ortho lo is a devout birth control. I was on it for almost 4 years until I started have breakthrough bleeding becuase I needed to stronger hormones. It does NOT make you break out more. It's FDA approved to aid control acne. I loved it and it does help you to control your moods more becuase near are less hormones. The one and only precaution I would tell you is to spawn sure that the pills your boyfriend is getting are REAL Ortho lo, not something different. The side effects are the same or even a bit less than the regular Ortho becuase of the lower hormones. I am on Yaz very soon and I actually next to I could be back on the Ortho because it be my favorite pill, but I can't because it doesnt regulate my cycle anymore. I would try it, but talk beside your dr or call planned motherhood about switching and be paid sure that it's right for your body. Every woman is different.

I was on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo and I like it. It actually have less hormones, so I didnt experience the crucial moodiness or the emotional part of the pack of it. I would say switch over and see if you resembling it. You can always switch spinal column if you dont. And I didnt experience any break-outs with it any

I be on both and honestly didn't notice any difference.
My doctor told me that Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo have a lower amount of hormones.
If its free, you can just try it for a month if it doesnt work you can only switch back.

ortho tri cyclen and ortho tri cyclen lo are pretty much the same. the with the sole purpose difference is the hormone dosage you receive. they're both a good bc...but you might gain some substance.i started off near ortho tri cyclen, and i kept gaining and losing weight--so i go on ortho tri cyclen lo to moderate my weight at one steady number...and i've gain 35 pounds.
