How to Reduce Upper Arms for a woman?

I reduced my weight few years ago, everything is fine except my upper arms , which is a factor i feel is not appropriate to my body,it's bigger , and as a feminine i want lean hands, can anybody plz suggest some upright exercise for me, it will be nice
