Im a teen trying to loose 22 pounds as fast and able-bodied as I can but I don't know what the exercise requirements are or eating plans? Can anyone abet?

you can't lose weight promptly. And if you do it's not healthy. two lbs a week is decent. Walk or jog every afternoon. Add extra steps every day by parking your motor far away from the building and use stairs not elevators. Sit up and pushups help. Eat fresh veges and fruits. Some fruits own natural sugars contained by them already so I think veges are better. Avoid caffeine, white breads, buns, pastas. Chicken, rice, broccoli, turkey, fish are adjectives good. LOT OF WATER! The more you pee the better.Walk everyday.starting out by walking a mile.later slowly build your miles until you are walking at least 5 miles 4 times a week. Eat grapefruit, exercise! Go for walks! Eat protein for breakfast, it is supposed to work, when you munch through cereal you build up on the carbs. Try it! Eat some chicken, or tuna.

22 POUNDS! Thats a lot! Make sure you're not loing too tons! Try running 3 times a week or more and cruches and other muscle exercises help a great deal! Good luck!

well cut out all soda.. anything near a lot of sugar and stick to wet and gatorades. and start off slow.. travel for a walk or bike ride or a run. Its other funner to work out with friends so if you hold a buddy that wants to do it beside you it dont seem similar to a lot of work. start at close to a 30 minute bike ride,walk, or run and next build from there.. freshly eat your three meal a day and healty snaks resembling fruit. good luck and hope its some sustain.I lost 10 pounds in a week newly dropping the soda and junk food..
