Someone please give a hand, im confused :'(?

Im 15. And i just started to jump to a gym with my sis, i weigh 140 pounds and i'm 5'6.

I want to lose substance, and look toner so bad! It's freshly so hard drinking the right things because i dont know what to eat! I enjoy school so i just about dont eat because i never hold money to buy things. I dont know what carbs are or how many calories to put away. I do carido an hour 2-3 a week. And take a yoga class a sooner or later of the week, and walk home from university.
I always perceive fat! Just this summer, i want to way of walking around the beach near a small bikini and look great, but i always deliberate in my guide i wont get in attendance, and i look fat still.
Someone please oblige?

Answers:    Relax and try to learn to be optimistic with yourself. It does not nouns like you are chubby to me. Every ones size is based on their body frame and metabolism. It is not something you can other change.

The cardio workouts you are doing are great, and a unbelievably great start to keeping in shape. Just remember to do them every other daytime and not everyday. You can build muscle instead of toning yourself if you do it too often. And, muscle weigh more than fat so you can certainly gain weight.

I do know you need to find a mode to eat several times a hours of daylight including while you are in academy. Even if it is just a piece of fruit. It is considerable to not eat your biggest feast right before you shift to bed.

You have to devour during the day. When you don't munch through, your metabolism slows down. You have to put away breakfast, so your metabolism will start working.

Bad Carbs, are white bread, and pasta, potatoes are full of carbs too. Basically anything with sugar, and flour are fruitless carbs.

Good carbs are mostly fruits, they are high surrounded by natural sugar.

Well your weight is fine for your height above sea level but if you want to tone up then you're doing very well with the exercise. There is a free net site for teenagers that you can check out which will help beside diet plans and exercising, I use the adult reworked copy and love it.

well for one you aren't really that heavy. you may be a little overweight but your not overweight.

secondly i would try some other things cardio is for your heart to get more toned try using weights

as for what to do to devour better try bringing lunch a sandwich somer fruit, maybe a small backpack of chips or maybe a 100 calorie pack.
