I want to know if a hymen's state can be seen when one goes and have an x-ray to see if one has scoliosis.

No. It's very soft tissue, and x-rays are used for viewing bone and cartilage. Even if it be possible, they'd have to be looking for the hymen specifically, and there would be privacy and confidentiality issues beside confiding that information to anyone but the patient herself.
