HAS ANYONE HAD A COLPOSCOPY DONE? WHAT WERE YOUR RESULTS? What was the treatment, how's your health now?

I HAVE A COLPOSCOPY SCHEDULED TOMORROW AND I AM VERY NERVOUS ABOUT THE RESULTS. HAD AN ABNORMAL PAP AND TESTED POSITIVE FOR HPV. I KNOW ABOUT HPV AND IT'S LINK TO CERVICAL CANCER. I TESTED POSITIVE FOR HPV SIX MONTHS AGO TOO,BUT THE PAP WAS NORMAL. THIS WAS MY FIRST ABNORMAL PAP?

How do you deal near work and menopause hormones?

Don't be nervous going on for the results, just be glad that such a exam is available. I had a coloscopy, they discovered the malignancy, removed it, and I'm fine immediately. As these are the 'symptom free' cancers, a few years ago associates never knew they have them until it was too delayed to treat them. We're the fortunate ones today.
My prayers will be with you tomorrow.

Ladies: What do you consider a big penis?

I also have a colposcopy and they did find cancer cells. Fortunately, it be considered stage 0 though. I was sent to an OB/Gyn doctor and she perform a cone biopsy on my cervix. (They remove a small cone shaped section from the center of the cervix. I be put under for that but it be an outpatient procedure) In my case, this concluded up being a diagnostic procedure as in good health as the treatment. When the biopsy results came rear, they found that the cancer cells did not extend to the edges of the preview so that was adjectives I had to own. This all happen about 7 or 8 years ago and I've be fine ever since. I have have a couple of abnormal paps since later but they've been the usual species that consists of some type of irritation that they give you a cream type drug for. I just cause sure that I have a pap every year so I can hang on to up on it.

I know it's hard but try not to be stressed. Chances are that it will be nothing but even if they do find something, near this being your first irregular pap, it should be pretty minor as these things go. (As a business of fact, my regular doctor subsequently said that if he hadn't known I have a cone biopsy done, he wouldn't have be able to report and also the amount of tissue they removed was small adequate that if I were to go and get pregnant it wouldn't be any kind of risk for an incontinent cervix) Just try to stay as restful as possible and think positive!! Good luck!
