Calf raise: Stand on a step with your heels flaccid off. Raise yourself up on to your tip toes, afterwards lower back down. Repeat.

running is other the best but if you dont want to leave hot home, try this trick you stand straight and merely raise your heels bad the ground leaveing the first second half of your foot on the ground
